In short NO. We work on a load of private jobs for domestic and commercial customers as well as having teams on building sites installing the insulation correctly.
Yes we are qualified to carry out Energy performance certificates on domestic properties and do so for many landlords.
We can also carry out legionella risk assessment for rented properties to keep landlords compliant. Install Bathrooms, wet walls and media walls. Anything joinery wise. Just ask.
